Who We Are

Crafting Timeless Spaces with Modern Vision

Our Studio

Our Story

We didn't start Crimson Haven to just design buildings. Honestly, there's enough cookie-cutter stuff out there already. Back in 2015, we wanted to create spaces that actually meant something to the people using them.

What began as a small team working out of a cramped Queen Street office has grown into something we're genuinely proud of. We've worked on everything from cozy residential projects to large commercial builds, and each one taught us something new.

Our approach isn't complicated - we listen more than we talk, we sketch before we commit, and we're not afraid to tell you when an idea won't work. That honesty has earned us some great relationships over the years.

Toronto's our home, and you can see bits of this city in everything we do. The industrial grit, the contemporary edge, the sustainability focus - it's all here.

What Drives Us

These aren't just values we put on our website - they're how we actually work

Honest Conversations

We'll tell you what's possible and what's not. No sugarcoating, no overselling. Just straight talk about your project.

Function First

A beautiful space that doesn't work isn't architecture - it's sculpture. We make sure form follows function every time.

Built to Last

Trends come and go, but good design sticks around. We're building for decades, not just for next year's Instagram feed.

Collaboration

Your project, your vision. We're here to shape it, refine it, and make it real - not to impose our ego on your space.

Meet the Team

The folks who'll actually be working on your project

Sarah Mitchell

Sarah Mitchell

Principal Architect

Sarah's been at this for 18 years. She's got that rare combo of technical chops and actual listening skills. Started the firm after getting tired of corporate architecture that prioritized deadlines over quality.

David Chen

David Chen

Design Director

David's the guy who turns napkin sketches into buildable plans. His background in sustainable design means he's always finding ways to make projects greener without blowing the budget. Also makes the best coffee in the office.

Maya Patel

Maya Patel

Interior Design Lead

Maya joined us three years ago and completely changed how we think about interior spaces. She's got this knack for understanding how people actually use rooms, not just how they look in photos. Worked on over 50 residential interiors.

James Rodriguez

James Rodriguez

Project Manager

James keeps everything on track. He's the reason projects don't spiral into chaos. Former construction foreman, so he knows what's realistic on-site. Clients love him because he actually returns calls within the same day.

Emma Laurent

Emma Laurent

Visualization Specialist

Emma creates the 3D renderings that help clients actually see what we're proposing. She's got a background in film, which shows in the quality of her work. Those photorealistic renders? That's all her.

Alex Thompson

Alex Thompson

Junior Architect

Fresh out of school but already proving himself. Alex brings new perspectives and isn't afraid to question how we've always done things. He's particularly interested in adaptive reuse projects and urban density challenges.

Let's Talk About Your Project

Whether you've got detailed plans or just a general idea, we'd love to hear about it. No pressure, no sales pitch - just a conversation about what's possible.
